We develop clear operator interfaces and scalable supervision systems. From machine HMI to plant SCADA, we take care of usability, real-time diagnostics, production reporting and integration with MES/ERP when required.

We integrate robots into work cells and automated lines: handling, palletising, pick & place, assembly. We handle manipulator programming, communication with the line PLC, trajectory tuning and coordination with vision systems.

We follow Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and on-site Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) phases at the end customer, in Italy and abroad. Our technicians are hands-on in the field: debug, fine-tuning, operator training and documented handover.

We support internal teams in design, review or migration phases. Audits of existing code, machine cycle optimisation, retrofits on obsolete plants and migration planning from legacy PLCs to modern architectures, without interrupting production.

Remote support over secure VPNs for plants in production, including after-hours and weekends. Fast diagnostics, corrective interventions and handling of technical emergencies without waiting for a site visit.
