We're looking for engineers who can stand in the field.

Tikon is growing. We're always looking for software engineers, commissioning technicians and freelance collaborators who want to work on real projects, alongside founders who are as much in the workshop as in the office.

First things first: how we work

We work primarily on-site, in Italy and abroad. Willingness to travel is an essential condition for every technical role at Tikon. Travel duration ranges from a few days to several weeks, depending on the project.

Who we're looking for

Four profiles, one common denominator.

Automation software engineer
Mid / Senior

Solid experience with at least one PLC platform (Siemens, Rockwell, B&R, Bosch) and with HMI/SCADA environments. Autonomy on complex projects, ability to read functional specifications, aptitude for distributed team work.

Junior PLC developer
Junior / in training

Basic PLC programming knowledge, willingness to learn in the field alongside senior colleagues. Technical diploma or degree with electrical/electronic background.

Commissioning engineer
All levels

Experience in FAT and SAT phases, on-site troubleshooting capability, handling relationships with operators and end customers. Fluent technical English.

Freelance collaborators
Italy / Europe / South America

We constantly open our network to independent professionals with specific experience in international projects. Ongoing collaboration relationships.
